Do I need to move my TV aerial for solar panels?

Solar panels and TV aerials coexist perfectly: (1) Panels are installed AROUND the aerial — no removal needed in 90% of cases. (2) If the aerial needs moving (rare): your installer or a local aerial fitter moves it for £50-£100. (3) Panels do NOT block or degrade Freeview/Freesat/Sky signals. (4) The aerial can remain in its current position with panels fitted either side. (5) If you use satellite (Sky/Freesat): the dish is usually on a wall, not the roof — zero conflict. Your installer assesses aerial position during the site survey and plans panel layout accordingly.
